About us

Ugly Sweater Store is an online store for funny ugly Christmas sweaters, operated by Big4rest LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States.

What we sell

We sell original, funny ugly Christmas sweater designs for office parties, family photos, and holiday gifts. Every sweater is:

  • 100% polyester, lightweight fabric with an all-over print. The Fair Isle-style "knit" look is printed; the sweaters are not knitted and contain no wool.
  • Unisex, crew neck, long sleeves, in sizes S to 5XL. Check our Size Guide before ordering.
  • Made to order by our print-on-demand production partner, at a facility outside the United States.

Why made to order

We do not keep a warehouse of finished sweaters. Each sweater is printed, cut, and sewn after it is ordered, which means we don't have to guess quantities in advance or end up with piles of unsold holiday stock. Producing only what customers order helps reduce waste.

How ordering and shipping work

  1. You place your order on our website and pay securely with a card (Stripe) or PayPal.
  2. Our production partner makes your sweater within 4-5 calendar days.
  3. Your order ships with tracking. Estimated total delivery is 11-17 calendar days with Standard Shipping or 10-15 calendar days with Fast Shipping. Shipping is free on orders of $99.99 USD or more.

Duties and taxes: orders ship from outside the United States Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). Import duties, taxes, or customs fees, if any, are paid by the buyer, including for orders shipped to the United States. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

If your sweater arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. No return is needed: after approval we ship a new replacement order at no additional cost or refund your original payment method. See our Refund Policy.
