When will I get my order?

Every sweater is made to order. Total delivery time = handling time + transit time. Handling (production) takes 4-5 calendar days.

  • Standard Tracked Shipping ($5.95 USD, free on orders of $99.99 USD or more): transit 7-12 calendar days, estimated total delivery 11-17 calendar days.

  • Fast Shipping ($15.95 USD, free on orders of $99.99 USD or more): transit 6-10 calendar days, estimated total delivery 10-15 calendar days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Orders ship from our production partner's facilities outside the United States and ship Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU): import duties, taxes, or customs fees, if any, are paid by the buyer, including for U.S. orders. An order may arrive in more than one package at no extra charge. See our Shipping Policy.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, within 4 hours of purchase. Email support@uglysweater.store with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and CANCEL or EDIT in the subject. An order cannot be cancelled or changed after production starts. See our Refund Policy.

Your order number is at the top of your order confirmation email. Please check your inbox and spam folder. If you still cannot find it, email support@uglysweater.store with the email address used at checkout.
