Payment Policy

Prices and checkout charges appear in United States dollars (USD), unless Shopify presents a localized currency for an eligible market.

Payment provider

Payment methods available for an order are displayed at Shopify's secure checkout and may include major credit or debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay depending on the customer's device, location, and checkout eligibility.

Secure checkout

Do not send payment card details by email. Ugly Sweater Store does not directly store complete payment card numbers.

Order total

Before payment, checkout shows the product subtotal, discounts, shipping charges, and applicable taxes. Shipping does not include an additional handling fee. Customers outside the United States may be responsible for duties, import taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country.

Refunds

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. The store does not deduct a separate payment processing fee from an approved refund. Bank processing normally takes 5 to 10 business days after the refund is issued.

Email support@uglysweater.store if checkout fails or an unexpected charge appears. Include an order number or screenshot when available, but do not include a complete card number or security code.
