What size should I order?
Our sweaters are unisex standard sizing from Small up to 6XL. Check our Unisex Size Guide. If you prefer a loose party fit or fall between sizes, size up 1 size.
How long does delivery take?
Custom production takes 3-5 business days. Transit is 5-7 business days in the US and 7-12 business days internationally. Total door-to-door: 12-14 business days (US) and 12-17 business days (Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, Rest of World). During peak season (November 1 - December 31) allow 1-2 additional business days.
What if I order the wrong size?
Every sweater is printed after you place your order, so we do not offer a free exchange for a size you selected yourself. Please measure against our size guide before ordering. If the garment you receive does not match the measurements published in that guide, or arrives misprinted or damaged, email support@uglysweater.store within 30 days of delivery with photos. That is a production fault: we reship or refund free of charge and you do not need to return the item. EU and UK customers keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on our standard catalogue designs - see our Refund Policy. Return shipping is at your cost. Personalised items with custom names or text are exempt and final sale.
Is the fabric scratchy?
No. Our custom sweaters are crafted from ultra-soft polyester fleece blend with a brushed interior lining for zero-itch, all-day party comfort.
