We are a new store and we do not publish customer ratings yet. Verified reviews will appear here once real customers have received their orders.
Every single unit
Each sweater is inspected for print alignment, colour accuracy, seam integrity and stray marks before it is packed. Items that fail inspection are reprinted, not shipped.
Check the size guide before you order
Every sweater is printed after you order, so we do not offer a free exchange for a size you chose yourself. If the garment does not match the measurements in our size guide, or arrives misprinted or damaged, send photos within 30 days: we reship or refund free of charge, no return needed.
Free replacement or full refund
Manufacturing defect, misprint, wrong design or transit damage: send photos within 30 days of delivery and choose a free replacement or a full refund. No physical return required.
Unworn and unwashed items
Changed your mind? Request a return authorisation within 30 days of delivery. You cover the return shipping and the original shipping fee is not refunded. Personalised items are final sale.
