What to Include
Provide your order number, the email used for your order, clear photos of the issue and shipping label, and measurement photos when reporting a sizing discrepancy.
No Return Required
For approved product-quality claims, you usually will not need to return the affected item.
Replacement or Refund
For an approved claim, we can provide a replacement at no additional cost. If you decline the replacement, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Cancellations and Order Changes
