Cooling Off Window 2 - 4 hours ▼
A short waiting period before production begins. This is your window to make changes.
Important: Modifications or cancellations are only accepted within this window (max 24 hours after order). Once production starts, changes are no longer possible.
Manufacturing 5 - 7 biz days ▼
Your sweater is being printed or knitted by our production team. Custom designs go through color matching and print calibration first.
Ready-to-ship items (premium knits) skip this step entirely and go straight to dispatch.
Quality Check 1 - 2 days ▼
Every item passes quality inspection - print accuracy, stitching integrity, color vibrancy, and proper sizing before packing.
Your tracking number is generated at this stage and sent to your email.
Dispatched 1 biz day ▼
Your package leaves our facility and is handed over to our logistics partner for international shipping.
In Transit Tracking Active ▼
Your sweater is on its way! Track your package using the tracking number from your email.
Tracking updates may take 2-3 days to appear after dispatch. This is normal for international shipments.
Customs Clearance By Region ▼
Clearance time depends on your country's customs regulations:
- US / Canada: 1-3 business days
- EU / UK / Australia: 2-5 business days
- South America / Africa: 7-20+ business days
